Stamina 3000/8000 Cleanroom Series

Gibo/Kodama Chairs has made great strides toward furnishing the cleanroom industry with durable, ergonomic, aesthetically pleasing and, most importantly, "Cleanroom" seating.

Through these efforts we have developed our Class 100+ Cleanroom Chair in the 3000 series and a new Class 10 Cleanroom Air exchange Chair.

Cleanroom chairs are tested by an independent testing laboratory with data available upon request.

Class 100 Stamina 3000 Cleanroom Chairs

Class 100 Cleanroom chairs utilize components consisting of: Five legged highly polished aluminum base, chrome plated cylinder column, ErgoTilt or BackTilt Control and specified casters or glides. Other features include: Grade I Colorguard Vinyl with Prefixx™ for non-ESD applications or Grade II conductive Vinyl for ESD applications, sealed plywood seat and back, depth filtration ventilation for seat and back.

Class 10 ACE8030/ACE8040 Cleanroom ESD Chairs

Class 10 Cleanroom chairs utilize components consisting of: Five legged highly polished aluminum "T" base to avoid particulate entrapment, chrome plated cylinder column, Back Tilt Control and specified casters or glides. The ACE8030 and ACE8040 Series Chairs use a seat and back cushion which has been sealed into a heavy bladder. Pressure from a persons weight causes air to be transferred through the seat and back into another sealed bladder. No foam is exposed to the Cleanroom atmosphere and no air storm is created by the escape of air through filters.

The ACE 8030 chair has a seat size of 18-1/2"x 17" while the ACE8040 series has a seat size of 22"x19".
