Curtains: Accessories and Pricing Options

A.   NON STANDARD SIZES

1. Go to next size up on price grids when curtain exceeds standard width or height by 5". (eg. A curtain 10'6" wide or high is priced as an 11' wide or high curtain; a curtain 10'5" wide or high is priced as a 10' wide or high curtain.)
2. When width of curtain exceeds 20'6", combine pricing of curtain widths to determine price. (eg. A 30' wide curtain would be priced as a 20' curtain + a 10' curtain.)
3. When height of curtain exceeds 20'6", determine price by adding price per foot difference of 19' high and 20' high curtain to price of 20' high curtain. (eg. For a curtain 25' high: if 19' and 20' high curtains of same width cost $100 and $120 respectively, then cost of 25' curtain would. be $220; $120 -$100 = $20; 25' -20' = 5; 5 x $20 = $100; $120 + $100 = $220.)

B.   SOFTWALL PANELS

1. Price grid applies to either 20 MIL weighted or 40 MIL non-weighted.
2. Price grid applies to either Dual-Lock or Seallech attachment method.
   • Extra Dual-Lock: no additional cost
   • SealTech Hardware (when ordered with curtains): face mount $4.00 per foot; ceiling mount $5.00 per foot.
3. Add $5.00 per foot of height per seam to allow for 90° bend. (eg. A 10' wide x 10' high standard Softwall Panel made as [8' ÷ 2'] wide to provide bend around the corner of an enclosure would be additional $50.00. If that same Softwall Panel required two seams, [2' + 6' + 2'], then add would be $100.00.)
4. Add $3.50 per foot for additional side of Dual-Lock not including mated piece of Dual-Lock.
5. Add $5.00 per foot for additional side of Dual-Lock including mated piece of Dual-Lock.
6. Add $3.00 per foot for magnetic weight at bottom of Softwall Panels less than 40 MIL thick.
7. Add $6.00 per foot for magnetic weight at bottom of Softwall Panels 40 MIL thick.
8. Add 15% for standard weighted bottom on Softwall Panels greater than or equal to 40 MIL thick.
9. Deduct 15% from price of Softwall panels less than 40 MIL thick when substituting Dual-Lock for weighted bottom. (However, do not forget to add per foot price of Dual-Lock after deducting for non hemmed weighted bottom.)
10. Deduct 5% for bottom hem without weights on Softwall Panels less than 40 MIL thick.
11. Non reinforced cut-outs: $70 each.
12. Reinforced cut-outs: $105 each.

C.   STRIP SHIELDS

1. Add 10% to price of 40 MIL Strip Shields for alternating clear and frosted strips.
2. Add 10% to price of 40 MIL Strip Shields for strip widths other than 8" wide and/or with overlaps other than 2". (NOTE: For curtain heights exceeding 10', 12" strips with 3" or 4" overlap will be provided at 5% additional charge.)
3. Add 15% to price of 40 MIL Strip Shields for Strip Shields made of 60 MIL material.
4. For Strip Shields made of materials other than clear 40 MIL,. add 35% to their respective Softwall Panel price grids. (Materials less than 40 MIL will have weighted bottoms.
5. Adds or deducts for other items will be same as for Softwall Panels

D.   STRIP CURTAINS

1. Pricing of all 80 MIL Strip Curtains includes pre-drilled anodized aluminum mounting angle and nut, bolt, and washer fastener sets or SealTech Hardware for additional $4.00 per foot for face mount or additional $5.00 per foot for header mount.
2. Add 10% to price of 80 M IL Strip Curtains for alternating clear and frosted strips.000000000
3. Deduct 10% from 80 MIL Strip Curtain price grid for 60 MIL Strip Curtains.
4. For 40 MIL 8" wide, 2" overlap Strip Curtains with grommets at top, use 40 MIL Strip Shield pricing and add $8.00 per foot for pre-drilled anodized aluminum mounting angle including nut, bolt, and washer fastener sets. (Refer to Strip Shield adds for strips other than 8" wide and/or with overlaps other than 2".)
5. For 40 MIL 8" wide, 2" overlap Strip Curtains with SealTech, use 40 MIL Strip Shield pricing and add $4.00 per foot for face mount extrusion or $5.00 per foot for header mount extrusion. (Refer to Strip Shield adds for strips other than 8" wide and/or with overlaps other than 2".)
6. For Strip Curtains with grommets at top made of any other materials, add 35% to their respective Softwall Panel price grids and add $8.00 per foot for pre-drilled anodized aluminum mounting angle including nut, bolt, and washer fastener sets. (Pricing is the same for any strip width, 6"-24", and any overlap, 2"-6".)
7. For Strip Curtains with Seal Tech made of any other materials, add 35% to their respective Softwall Panel price grids and add $4.00 per foot for face mount extrusion or $5.00 per foot for header mount extrusion. (Pricing is the same for any strip width, 6"-24", and any overlap, 2"-6".)

E.   SLIDING TRACK CURTAINS

1. Deduct 10% from price of Softwall Panels less than 40 MIL thick.
2. No deduct for Sliding Track Curtains made of material greater than or equal to 40 MIL thick or made in strip curtain format.
3. Add $10 per foot for complete sliding track hardware assembly.
4. Add $50 for each curved section to allow for 90° turn.
5. Add 50% to respective price grid for accordion style sliding track curtain.

F.   HARDWARE & MISC. ITEMS

1. Non drilled 1 1/4" x 1 1/4" x 1/8" anodized aluminum mounting angle: $6 per foot.
2. Non drilled 1 1/4" x 1 1/4" x 1/8" anodized aluminum mounting angle with caddy clips: $8 per foot.
3. Pre drilled 1 1/4" x 1 1/4" x 1/8" anodized aluminum mounting angle with nut, bolt, and washer fastener sets: $10.00 per foot.
4. Face mount anodized aluminum mounting extrusion for SealTech curtains: $9 per foot.
5. Header mount anodized aluminum mounting extrusion for Seallech curtains: $10 per foot.
6. Complete sliding track hardware assembly including anodized aluminum track, two end stops, one splicer, and two trolleys per foot of track length: $10 per foot.
7. Complete roll of pressure sensitive Dual-Lock (1" wide x 150' long): $170.
8. Per foot price for less than full roll of 1" wide Dual-Lock: $1.50 per foot.
