Cleanroom Garments

SC-3 System Features:  A densely woven, static dissipative fabric made of multifilament polyester yarn with a carbon fiber grid.   Excellent particle filtration.  Gamma compatible and autoclavable.  SC-3 apparel system is engineered to meet up to and including a Class 10 Clean Room's rigid demands for the microelectronics, semiconductor, disk drive, laser, and similar industries.  SC-3 is a static dissipative fabric and is featured in this system.  This apparel system is designed to guard against airborne particles and to dissipate static charges.

LD-100 System Features:  LD-100 apparel system's garments offers apparel for the pharmaceutical, medical device, and food industries where particulate control and bacteria filtration are required.  Polyester Herringbone coveralls are worn up to and including a Class 100 Cleanroom.  Polyester Taffeta frocks are donned in controlled environments up to and including Class 1000.

UC-10 System Features (Please call 800-246-7483 for pricing or catalog.):  A highly durable, continuous filament, static dissipative, polyester fabric with a carbon grid.   A breathable fabric that offers wearer comfort without compromising contaminant filtering performance.  Gamma compatible and autoclavable.  UC-10 apparel system's garments feature Teijinselguard Selguard II which is engineered to meet up to and including a Class 100 Clean Room's rigid demands for the microelectronics, semiconductor, disk drive, laser, and similar industries.  UC-10 with Teijinselguard Selguard II is a static dissipative fabric and is featured in this system.  This apparel system is designed to guard against airborne particles and to dissipate static charges.
