Tech Rite Motorized Cleanroom Shoebrush Cleaners (SBC):
are used in areas requiring dust-free conditions. The 100FJ and the 2001-TB
require a separate vacuum hook-up. The Liberty Model 100FJ and 2001-TB Shoebrush
Machines comply with Air Force Tech.
Order T.O. 00-25-203, Federal Stadard 209, GMP's and
all NASA, IES and military specifications.
Option 1: When House/Central Vacuum is not available, the 100FJ
and the 2001-TB can be used with the Non-HEPA filtered 4 gallon capacity (104) vacuum
coupled with the 30" crush-proof vinyl hose (102) can be used.
Option 2: In place of the 104, the (AS-5) HEPA filtered 3
gallon capacity vacuum coupled with the 30" crush-proof vinyl hose (102) can be
used.
Option 3: When House Vacuum/Central Vacuum is available to hook
up directly to the 100FJ or the 2001-TB, the Solenoid Valve assembly (103LV1) and the
30" crush-proof vinyl hose with male and female connectors (101) are used in lieu of
Options 1 and 2.

Open Motor; Black styrene vacuum formed housing; Plastic base; Straight, PVC "stalk
handle"; Rotating bottom and side brushes; and Rotating top brush is included
below. Specifications: 16.75"W x 22.25" L x 15.5" H and 120V,
60 Hz. Allow 1-3 weeks
for delivery.
2001-TB Features: V and Round belt
drive; Enclosed fan cooled motor; Rotomolded polyethylene cover; Cast iron base; Floating
weight loaded top brush; Motor driven rotating bottom brush, top and side brushes; Heavy
duty construction; Rubber bumper shin guard; and Transmission driven brushes.
Specifications: 19"W x 22.25" L x 39" H (with handle) and 120V, 60
Hz. Allow 1-3 weeks for
delivery.
