Softwall Cleanroom Kit includes:
Economic, Portable, and Cleanroom Modular Enclosure Systems. Sturdy tubular steel
frame with Leg Levelers, 2' x 4' MAX 8005 Fan Filter Units (HEPA-
99.99% efficient at .3 micron/ Fan/Motor assembly is low- profile/Pre-Filter
also included), Cleanroom lights (100-125 FTC at 30" from floor), Ceiling
Frame and Grid, Ceiling Panels,
40 mil. solid vinyl curtain extends down to 12 inches around the perimeter. Meets
Zone 4 seismic requirements. Each component is thoroughly tested in house prior to
being shipped.
Softwall Kits (SWK) available for: Class 10 (ISO 4),
Class 100 (ISO 5), Class 1000 (ISO 6), Class 7 (ISO 10,000), Class 8 (ISO 100,000)
Cleanroom environments.
Options:
CUSTOM SIZES, Variable Speed Fan Filter
Unit Motors for CFM Control, Casters, Telescoping Legs, Pass Thru's, Overlapping Strip
Curtains, Anti-Static Curtains, Black Curtains, SS Frame, and more.
