All resin used in our extruding process has complete traceability and certifications are provide upon request. Quality control checks are constant throughout the manufacturing process; incoming raw materials are tested and checked, when received, for mil thickness, clarity and overall conformance to quality specifications and are verified throughout the run.

Resin Blends:

We have developed many proprietary resin blends to conform with specific requirements called for in cleanroom, pharmaceutical, and food-grade packaging. Additionally, all films extruded for use in an antistatic environment are amine-free.
