Rod top design with 2" (50mm) slope supports wafer boats and carriers without tipping.
Open wire construction maintains laminar air flow.
Shelves have a 200 lb. (90.7kg) weight capacity.
Shelves, posts and frames sold separately.

ESD Classification: Non-conductive. (Units can be made conductive with the addition of aluminum split sleeves. Mobile units require a drag cable in addition to aluminum split sleeves.)
